Stewardship

This will be brief, as I can only connect for a few minutes.

I'm in Chicago for the International Catholic Stewardship Conference, lots of good stuff. But boo to Hyatt for not providing free internet despite high room rates!

Heading home Wednesday afternoon. More later.

boo, indeed. So now I'll pile on. If you flew to that conference on US Air, you would have paid $2.00 for a soft drink, $6.00 for an adult beverage, $5 for a headset to watch the movie, $6-$10 for various boxed snacks, $15 for the first bag and $25 for the second....I guess the good travel news is that fuel prices have dropped significantly this past week. The bad news is most of the airlines have probably locked in contracts months ago at much higher prices, anticipating non stop price escalation....oh well, it it this was easy, heck, everyone would be doing it...safe travels.

Fr.

This is off topic, but I'm going to evryone on my blog list that I don't have an e-mail for.

I am trying to convince as many people as I can to pray and fast for three days before the election. I've posted about it repeatedly on my site, and you can check it ou there.

If you think this is a worthy project (I don't know how to spell endevour!) could you please mention it?
